Voices Of Defiance

Voices Of Defiance is a fan podcast about SyFy's Defiance television show and the Trion video game. The hosts of Voices Of Defiance, Sean, Shannon and Stargate Pioneer (known affectionately at StarPi or SP) are fans of SciFi in general but saw modern day genius Defiance. They just want to spread the word about the show and have a fun time talking about it. Even though Defiance is over every once in a while we will return to give great updates about Defiance, the Voices Of Defiance community, or just because we miss it. Our entire back catalog is available for you to listen to and feel free to let us know how you like the show to anytime.

Apr 25, 2014

It’s a dark and stormy night in Defiance. Razer Rain threatens everyone and everything in Defiance from the Spirit Riders to Tommy to the Arch to Mr. Hot Shatko to the McCawleys. Stahma and Kenya begin their seductive and deadly dance. And Christie wigs out about a Castithan newlywed family bath ritual.

In this week’s Voices Of Defiance, Shannon, Sean and Stargate Pioneer enjoy the wonderful special effects of Defiance, talk about the Defiance teens versus their parents, discuss the phenomena of “dare deviling,” discuss the special connection Sukar and Irisa now enjoy, discover further Sean’s fascination with glitter eyes, wonder who is trying to pull the eyes over who between Stahma and Kenya, note the full frontal assault Nicky performs on the McCawley’s, and Stargate Pioneer gives us his “Light Bulb” moment on Irathians.

The Voice of Defiance trio also discuss the move of Defiance season 1 episodes now streaming on Amazon Prime and no longer on SyFy.com.

Other quick discussions during the podcast include: How Irathients are Thundercat-like; How the trees in Defiance remind us all of Dr. Seuss Lorax trees;  How Alak is NOT Datak; State how well Futurama’s Dr. Zoidberg will fit in Defiance; and Ponder our second business opportunity needed in Defiance - a bowling alley.
